Low-Key Lighting

Throughout the movie, low-key lighting will be uses to establish an unsetteling and ominous mood appropriate to the thriller genre. The type of lighting we choose for the film will correspond to its overall tone, particularly issues of fear, corruption, and uncertainty. Shadows will be used to make characters seem even more menacing and unpredictable, where as selective lighting will direct viewer attention to specific objects within the shot.
